دور الموارد البشرية في بناء الميزة التنافسية للمنظمات

Résumé: الملخص: تعتبر الموارد البشرية العنصر الأساسي الذي لا يمكن الاستغناء عنه في المنظمات مهما كانت طبيعة نشاطها، فهي الجوهر والمركز الأساسي في تسيير أنشطتها وتحقيق أهدافها وضمان تطورها واستمرارها واستقرارها في ظل ظروف البيئة الصّعبة والمعقدة التي تواجه المنظمات اليوم، فما يشهده العالم اليوم من تغيرات وتطورات في مختلف الميادين بسبب ثورة المعلومات والتقدم التكنولوجي وضع المنظمات أمام تنافس شديد مع نظيراتها، وهذا ما زاد من ضرورة أهمية ما تمتلكه المنظمة من قوى عاملة تمتاز بالمهارات والقدرات اللازمة؛ لخلق القيمة والجودة في أداء المنظمة وجعلها تتفوق على منافسيها. Abstract: Human resources are the primary element that cannot be dispensed within organizations, whatever the nature of their activity. It is the essence, and the cornerstone in conducting any organization's activities and achieving its goals to ensure its development, continuity and stability under the complicated and complex conditions organizations face today. The continuous progress in the field of information and technology put the organizations in front of intense competition with their counterparts. The latter increased the importance of the organization's workforce that has the required skills and capabilities to create value and quality in the organization's performance and make it outperform its competitors.
