قياس الحمل التدريبي لتحديد مستوى التعب لدى لاعبي كرة القدم

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الى قياس الحمل التدريبي وكذا تحديد مستوى التعب لدى لاعبي كرة القدم صنف أواسط، حيث استعمل الباحث المنهج الوصفي المناسب لطبيعة هذا البحث، وافترضنا أنه بالإمكان القياس الكمي للحمل التدريبي باستخدام طريقة تصور الجهد لفوستر وتحديد مستوى التعب لدى لاعبي كرة القدم، من أجل ذلك تمت دراستنا على عينة من 16 لاعب صنف أواسط ينشطون في فريق وفاق سوق اهراس لكرة القدم، وتوصلت الدراسة الى امكانية القياس الكمي للحمل التدريبي باستخدام طريقة تصور الجهد لفوستر، وتحديد مستوى التعب لدى لاعبي كرة القدم، كما تساهم طريقة حصة قياس إدراك الجهد في الوصول للتدريب الامثل والمناسب للاعبي كرة القدم اواسط. Abstract: The study aimed to measure the training load, as well as determine the level of fatigue among middle-class football players, where the researcher used the appropriate descriptive approach to the nature of this research, and we assumed that it was possible to quantitatively measure the training load using Foster’s effort visualization method and determine the level of fatigue among football players, for that We have studied a sample of 16 middle-class players who are active in the Souk Ahras football team, and the study found the possibility of quantitative measurement of the training load using Foster's effort visualization method, and determining the level of fatigue among football players, and the effort perception share method contributes to reaching training.
