رؤية قانونية لخدمة "وصلني" الالكترونية

Résumé: تدعم خدمة "وصلني" تجسيد مشروع المدن الذكية في الجزائر، فضلا عن ان نشاطها يعطي الفاعلية لبعض النصوص القانونية مثل قانون التجارة الالكترونية ويجعلها قيد التطبيق في ظل انتعاش هذه التجارة بصورة نسبية مع انتشار جائحة كورونا، ويبقى على شركة "وصلني" ان تحقق طموح تعميم خدماتها الى باقي ولايات الوطن بكل ما سيسفر عن ذلك من تحقيق التنافسية المطلوبة لمصلحة المستهلك، وكذا فتح أسواق العمل ورفع عبء التوظيف عن الدولة، في انتظار ان تكتمل البنية التWhile Algeria is completing the infrastructure of its smart cities that rely on intelligent and sustainable transport to eliminate vehicles pollution, the entry of “ wassalni” into service, which is an electronic transport service, will not only support this orientation, but also highlight the importance of some legal texts such as the law of electronic commerce and make them applicable, especially in the light of the relative recovery of this type of trade after the spread of the Coronavirus pandemic.
