القيمة العلمية والتّاريخية لمؤلّف "روما وزراعة المقاطعات الإفريقية" للأستاذ محمد الحبيب بشاري

Résumé: عرفت المكتبة الجزائرية ازدهارا علميا نتيجة بروز الكثير من المؤلفين بمختلف تخصصاتهم، ولم يكن جناح المراجع التاريخية بمنأى عن نشاط حركة التأليف تلك، فتميزت ببروز أقلام مؤرخين تخرجوا من رحم المدرسة التاريخية الوطنية، وبينما كان الباحث في التاريخ عامة والقديم منه خاصة؛ يضطر إلى الاعتماد على كتابات المؤرخين الغربيين ويَجهد من غربلة أفكارهم المعادية للنماء الحضاري المغاربي، أصبحت كتابات المؤرخين الجزائريين تدرس تاريخ المنطقة وتذب عن تاريخها الحضاري، وتكون الرأي الوطني في ما يخص تاريخ الأمة ومقوماتها، بل ابتعد بعضهم أكثر من ذلك؛ إلى الكتابات المتخصصة للوصول إلى تشخيص أدق وأعمق، وللكشف عن ما تم تدليسه بأقلام المؤرخين الغربيين، ولقد كان المؤرخ الجزائري محمد الحبيب بشاري أحد البارزين من أساتذة التاريخ القديم في الجزائر، إذ يكشف مؤلفه روما وزراعة المقاطعات الإفريقية عن شخصية باحث وعن مستوى أكاديمي رفيع بما تضمنه كتابه الذي أصبح مرجعا لا يكاد تخلو هوامش أي بحث تاريخي من ذكره، وأصبح كتابا تاريخيا لا يُتجاوز إلى غيره فيما يخص اقتصاد بلاد المغرب القديم لا سيما الزراعي منه، ومن هنا كانت الحاجة إلى نقده وتثمينه والإعلام به، تخليدا لاسم صاحبه وردا لبعض جميله. الكلمات المفتاحية: بشاري محمد الحبيب؛ التاريخ القديم؛ الزراعة؛ روما؛ المغرب القديم؛ الاقتصاد الروماني. Abstract: The Algerian library has known scientific prosperity as a result of the emergence of many authors of various specializations. The historical references wing was not immune from the activity of that authorship movement. It was distinguished by the emergence of the pens of historians who graduated from the womb of the National Historical School Wich is forced to rely on the writings of Western historians and strains from sifting their thoughts hostile to the Maghreb civilizational development. Now, the Algerian historians writings study the history of the region and testify about its civilized history, and form the national opinion regarding the history of the nation and its components. Some of them even moved away more than that; in order to specialized writings, reach a more accurate and deeper diagnosis, and to reveal what has been deceived by Western historians, and the Algerian historian Mohamed Habib Bachari was one of the prominent professors of ancient history in Algeria. His book which has become a reference, is hardly devoid of any historical research in the margins of mentioning it, and it has become a historical book that does not transcend to others regarding the economy of the ancient Maghreb countries, especially agricultural ones, and hence the need to criticize, value and inform about it. In order to perpetuate the name of its owner and in response to some of his virtues.
