إدارة مخاطر سلاسل الإمداد في مؤسسات الأعمال الدولية: دراسة تحليلية لعينة من المؤسسات الجزائرية

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى تحديد الآلية التي تتم بها إدارة مخاطر سلاسل الإمداد على مستوى مؤسسات الأعمال الدولية، ولهذا الغرض تم تطبيق الدراسة على عينة من المؤسسات الجزائرية التي تنشط على المستوى الدولي، حيث تم توزيع استمارة استبيان بحجم 22 مفردة وتحليلها باستخدام برنامج SPSS.V22. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن مؤسسات الأعمال الدولية تتعامل مع المخاطر اللوجستية بقياس المخاطر المحتملة بشكل استباقي ومن ثم معالجة دقيقة لاستراتيجيات المؤسسة في حال وقوع الخطر، ليتم بعد ذلك اتخاذ قرارات مدروسة لتقليل الصدمة وتسريع التعافي التجاري وتحسين مرونة سلسلة الإمداد مستقبلا. The study aims to define the mechanism by which supply chain risks are managed at the level of international business enterprises, for this purpose the study was applied to a sample of Algerian institutions operating at the international level a questionnaire of 22 size was distributed and analyzed using the SPSS.V22 program. The study found that international business enterprises deal with logistical risks by measuring potential risks proactively and then carefully addressing the organization’s strategies in the event of a risk, so that deliberate decisions are taken to reduce the shock, accelerate commercial recovery, and improve future supply chain flexibility.
