دراسة تحليلية لأثر جائحة كوفيد 19 على سلاسل الإمداد العالمية

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى تحليل الآثار المترتبة لجائحة كوفيد 19 على سلاسل الإمداد العالمية، وكيف أدت الجائحة إلى تعطيل سلاسل الإمداد وتفشي بؤر للتصحر الصناعي في العديد من المناطق حول العالم، الأمر الذي أدى إلى حدوث ركود في الاقتصاد العالمي عام 2020. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن جائحة كوفيد 19 أثرت سلبا على سلاسل الإمداد العالمية في جميع مراحلها الرئيسية من نقل ومعالجة وتصنيع، فضلا عن حدوث صدمة التوأم في العرض والطلب، وكشفت عن مواطن الضعف لاسيما في مجال الشحن الدولي مما أدى إلى ركود عالمي غير مسبوق، وقد أو ضح التحليل أن تعزيز مرونة سلاسل الإمداد هو المحرك الرئيسي لتقليل الصدمات والتصدي للمخاطر اللوجستية مستقبلا. The following study aims to analyze the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on global supply chains. It also studies how has the pandemic disrupted supply chains and led to the outbreak of industrial desertification epicenters in many regions around the world resulting in a recession in the global economy of 2020. The study results show that the COVID-19 pandemic has negatively affected global supply chains in all their major stages of transportation, processing and manufacturing as well as to the occurrence of the twin-shock in supply and demand . Moreover, it reveals weaknesses, especially in the field of international shipping, which led to an unprecedented global recession. The analysis show that enhancing supply chain resilience is the main driver in minimizing shocks and addressing future logistic risks.
