Résumé: ملخص: يعد قطاع التأمين من القطاعات الهامة والحيوية التي تقوم عليها اقتصاديات الدول المتقدمة وذلك من خلال الدور الذي يمارسه هذا القطاع حيث لم يبقى كما كان سابقا نظام تعاوني ولكنه أصبح قطاعا اقتصاديا مستقلا بذاته لما له من موارد خاصة. و قد حاولنا من خلال هذا البحث توضيح أهمية قطاع التأمين كقطاع خدماتي له دور في النشاط الاقتصادي من خلال ما توفره شركات التأمين من موارد لخزينة الدولة. فمن خلال الإيرادات الضريبية المحصلة من قبل الشركة الوطنية للتأمين يمكن لها أن تكون مصدر من مصادر التي تعتمد عليها الدولة في تغطيت نفقاتها. و خلصت الدراسة إلى التأكد بأن الشركة الوطنية للتأمين "SAA" تساهم في تمويل الخزينة عن طريق الضرائب المختلفة أي كلما زادت الضرائب زادت مداخيل الخزينة ، معتمدين في ذلك على المنهج الوصفي و التحليلي في الدراسة القياسية. الكلمات المفتاحية: التأمين ، الضرائب، الخزينة ،الميزانية العامة، الشركة الوطنية للتأمين SAA. تصنيفات G22 : jel ، H71 Abstract The insurance sector is one of the important and vital sectors of developed countries economies , through its important role which was previously a cooperative system, but has become an independent economic sector through of its special resources. We have tried through this research to clarify the importance of the insurance sector as a service sector that effects in economic activity, through the resources provided by insurance companies to the state treasury. . Collecting tax revenues from the National Insurance Company, make this last to be one of the state sources for covering its expenses.. The study concluded to ensure that the National Insurance Company "SAA" contributes to financing the treasury through various taxesit means, as taxes collecting rise, treasury incomes increase, by using descriptive and analytical method in this econometric study.
