The Impact Of Insurance Intermediaries Contribution On The Distribution Of Insurance Services And Market Share Of Insurance Companies: A Case Study Of The Algerian Damages Insurance Market

Résumé: Insurance intermediaries are considered as the most important distribution channels in damages insurance companies, due to the effectiveness of their role in achieving temporal and spatial coverage and providing advice to the insured’s regarding the insurance coverage available that different insurance companies provide. This research aims to study the effectiveness of insurance intermediation activity in damages insurance companies and their impact on the market share, this study found that there was a difference in the contribution of each agent and broker in a various damages insurance branches. يعتبر وسطاء التأمين من بين أهم قنوات التوزيع في شركات التأمين على الأضرار نظرا لفعالية دورهم في تحقيق التغطية الزمنية والمكانية وتقديم المشورة للمستأمنين فيما يخص التغطيات التأمينية المتاحة لدى شركات التأمين المختلفة. يهدف هذا البحث الى دراسة مدى فعالية نشاط الوساطة التأمينية في شركات التأمين على الأضرار وأثرها على الحصة السوقية، بغية التعرف على مدى مساهمة وسطاء التأمين في توزيع الخدمة التأمينية ودورهم في الرفع من الحصة السوقية لشركات التأمين على الأضرار الناشطة في سوق التأمين الجزائري، ، وتوصلت هذه الدراسة الى أن هناك تباين فيما يخص مساهمة كل من الوكيل والسمسار في فروع التأمين على الأضرار المختلفة على الرغم من أن كلاهما وسطاء تأمين وأن الشركة الوطنية للتأمين بالرغم من أنها شركة عمومية إلا أنها تعتمد على وسطاء التأمين بشكل كبير وأنهم يساهمون في إنتاجها وحصتها السوقية بشكل إيجابي
