الضغط المهني وعلاقته بالصحة النفسية عند الأستاذ الجامعي
Résumé: هدفت الد ا رسة إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين متغيري الضغط المهني اولصحة النفسية لدى عينة من الأساتذة الجامعيين للجامعة المدية بكلية العلوم الإجتماعية اولإنسانية، من خلال الوقوف على طبيعة العلاقة بين الدرجة الجزئية لأبعاد الضغط المهني اولدرجة الكلية للصحة النفسية لدى أساتذة الجامعيين. و تم الإعتماد على مقياس الصحة النفسية )صلاح فؤاد محمد مكاوي( ومقياس الضغط المهني )بواشيري أمينة بن بنت ميرة(، تما اختيار العينة بطريقة قصدية بحيث بلغت أف ا رد العينة ) 46 ( استاذ عند كلا الجنسين ) 27 ذكور، 19 اناث( ت ا روحت أعمارهم مابين أقل من 35 إلى أكثر من 57 سنة بإستخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وحساب معامل ارتباط بيرسون بإستخدام نظام spss توصلت إلى النتائج التالية: 1 . وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيا بين المتوسط الدرجة الكلية للضغط المهني ومت وسط الدرجة الكلية للصحة النفسية لدى عينة من أساتذة الجامعيين. 2 . وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيا بين متوسط الدرجة الجزئية لمجال الجوانب التنظيمية للضغط المهني اولدرجة الكلية للصحة النفسية. 3 . وجود علاقة ا رتباطية دالة إحصائيا بين متوسط الدرجة الجزئية لمجال الجوانب العلائقية للضغط المهني والدرجة الكلية للصحة النفسية.The study aimed to reveal the relationship between the variable of occupational stress and mental health among a sample of university professors at the university of medea faculty of social sciences and humanities by identifying the nature of occupational stress and the total degree of mental health among proessors Using the mental health scale (salah fouad mohamed makkawi) and the occupational stress scale(bouchiri amira ben bent mera) the sample was selected in apurposive manner so that the sample consisted of 46 professors of both sexes (27 males and 19 females) whose ages ranged from lessthan 35 to more than 57 years old using the spss system The following results were found 1. There is a statistically significant correlation between the mean total score of occupational stress and the mean total score of mental health in a sample of university profssors. 2.There is a statistically significant correlation between the average partial score of the domain of organizational aspects of occupational stress and the total score of mental health. 3.There is a statistically significant correlation between the average partial score of the domain of relational aspects of occupational stress and the total mental health score.
