نشأة و تطور الحركة العمالية في الجزائر 1914-1962

Résumé: تطرقت بالدراسة في هذه الرسالة إلى موضوع هام في تاريخ الجزائر الحديث والمعاصر وهم العمال الجزائريين في الجزائر ضمن تنظيم سواء كان اجتماعي أو جمعوي أو نقابي هذا الأخير الذي كان جزءا من السيرورة التي فرضها علينا المستعمر الفرنسي، فقد غير الاستدمار الفرنسي في الجزائر سلوك المجتمع الجزائري اقتصاديا، اجتماعيا، وحضاريا، وحاول خلق نمطية اجتماعية وأنثروبولوجية جديدة وفق منظور استعماري بامتياز يكون العامل الجزائري المسلم في أدنى مراتب هذا السلم الاجتماعي. لكن هناك جملة من العوامل ساهمت في نمو الفكر العمالي المستقل في صفوف الجزائريين ومن أبرزها الاحتكاك بباقي العمال الأجانب والفرنسيين سواء على مستوى الكونفدرالية العامة للشعل أو الكونفدرالية الموحدة العامة للشغل، وكان بروز التيار الشيوعي الثوري بعد نجاح الثورة البلشفية أمر ساعد هذا النسق العمالي الجزائري في تحمل مطالب ليست اجتماعية فحسب بل حتى مطالب سياسية، وبعد اندلاع الثورة التحريرية انظم أغلب العمال الجزائريين إلى الثورة التحريرية ونظموا أنفسهم في اطار الاتحاد العام للعمال الجزائريين، هذا الأخير الذي كان جزءا هاما في نجاح الثورة التحريرية الجزائرية. //////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////In this thesis, the study touched on an important topic in the modern and contemporary history of Algeria, namely the Algerian workers in Algeria within an organization, whether social, collective or trade union, the latter which was part of the process imposed on us by the French colonialist, as the French colonialism in Algeria changed the behavior of Algerian society economically. Socially and culturally, and he tried to create a new social and anthropological stereotype according to a colonial perspective par excellence. The Algerian Muslim worker is at the lowest ranks of this social scale. However, there are a number of factors that contributed to the growth of independent workers' thought among the Algerians, the most prominent of which is the interaction with the rest of the foreign and French workers, whether at the level of the General Confederation of Burning or the General Unified Confederation of Labor, and the emergence of the revolutionary communist movement after the success of the Bolshevik revolution was something that helped this Algerian labor system endure Demands are not only social, but even political, and after the outbreak of the liberation revolution, most Algerian workers joined the liberation revolution and organized themselves within the framework of the General Union of Algerian Workers, the latter which was an important part in the success of the Algerian liberation revolution
