آثار سياسات تحرير التجارة الخارجية على النمو الاقتصادي المستدام - دراسة مقارنة بين الجزائر، تونس والمغرب

Résumé: There were two key factors which dominated the trends of developing countries to liberalize its trade transactions, the first was the non-control over financial balances, forcing them to work as recommended by international financial and monetary institutions, the second was motivated by the gains offered by the multilateral system. But trade liberalization policies that have been adopted had multiple effects; this has had a significant impact especially on the level of macro-economic performance indicators, including growth rates. Like all developing countries, Maghreb countries tried to benefit from the aspects of the multilateral trade system by adopting foreign trade liberalization policies and trying to orient them to serve economic growth sustainability, but what really happened is that the effects of trade policies adopted in these countries were not in the level of their aspirations. According these considerations, the Maghreb countries should strive to enhance each of the liberalization policies, foreign trade and economic growth sustainability. Governance and quality of institutions are the most important approaches in this framework.
