Résumé: This study aimed to find out the impact of the use of management information systems on the electronic management of human resources at the National Insurance Company SAA Paper, and for this we conducted a field study of 37 employees at the enterprise level, where the questionnaire tool was used to collect data and solved using the statistical package group for social sciences SPSS version 26, and the descriptive approach was used to study the subject. The study found a number of results, the most important of which was to monitor an average level of availability of both the dimensions of management information systems and the dimensions of electronic human resources management in the institution under study, and we also saw a moderately positive correlation between the use of management information systems and the application of electronic management of human resources, and we also found that the distance of individual resources is the most influential dimensions of administrative information systems in the electronic management of human resources in the institution in question.
