واقع تطبيق الإدارة الالكترونية للموارد البشرية دراسة ميدانية بمديرية نافطال بغرداية
Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع تطبيق الإدارة الالكترونية للموارد البشرية في مديرية نفطال بغرداية، وقد اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي في الجانب النظري ومنهج دراسة الحالة في الجانب الميداني، واستعملنا أداة الاستبانة للحصول على المعلومات اللازمة للدراسة، واستهدفنا عينة من العاملين في المديرية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى إثبات تبني هذه المؤسسة تطبيقات الإدارة الالكترونية للموارد البشرية على غرار معظم المؤسسات الجزائرية ، وتوصي هذه الدراسة بــضرورة رفع مستوى التوعية الثقافية بأهميـة التحـول إلـى الإدارة الإلكترونية واستعمال أدواتها في العمل اليومي و ضرورة التوسع في اسـتخدام النمـاذج الإلكترونيـة لإدارة شئون الموظفين للاستفادة من مزاياها المتعددة كتقليـل النفقـات وتخفـيض وقـت إنجـاز المعاملات This study aimed to know the reality of the application of electronic management of human resources in the Directorate of Naftal in Ghardaia, and we relied on the descriptive approach in the theoretical side and the case study approach in the field side, and we used the questionnaire tool to obtain the necessary information for the study, and we targeted a sample of employees in the Directorate. The study concluded that this institution has adopted electronic management applications for human resources, similar to most Algerian institutions. Such as reducing expenses and time to complete transactions
