بحث الوقف التعليم في إمارة دبي

Résumé: يتناول هـذا البحث موضوع الوقف التعليمي في إمارة دبي، كنوع من أنواع استثمار الوقف وتنميته والاستفادة من ريعه وغلته في أعظم وجوه الخير ألا وهو التعليم، وبما يساهم في تنمية المجتمعات ورقيها، مع تسليط الضوء على دور حكومة الإمارة ورعيتها في دعم الوقف بشكل عام، والوقف التعليمي بشكل خاص، مع بيان الحكم الشرعي للجوانب المتعلقة بالموضوع. وهذا الموضوع من الموضوعات المطروحة حالياً للدراسة والبحث؛ لأهميتها البالغة، ونظراً للدور التنموي الكبير للوقف التعليمي وفوائده المتعدية، خاصة وأنه يخدم شريحة كبيرة جداً من شرائح المجتمع، وسعياً للابتكار والتطوير في الأفكار الوقفية التي تخدم الوقف وتنميه وتحافظ عليه، بعد أن عانت الأوقاف من الإهمال وعدم الاستثمار، مما عطل دورها التطويري لفترة طويلة من الزمن. لذا استهدف هذا البحث بيان الرأي الفقهي حول هذه الموضوع، وبيان دور إمارة دبي في تطوير الأوقاف العلمية والاستفادة منها. Abstract: This research deals with the educational endowment in Dubai, as a kind of investment endowment and benefit from the proceeds in the greatest charity is education, because it contributes to the development of communities, and clarify the role of Dubai and its sponsorship in support of the endowment in general, and educational endowment in particular, with a statement of the legal ruling of the endowment. This topic is currently under study because of its extreme importance, and given the developmental role of the educational endowment and its benefits, especially as it serves a very large segment of society, and in order to innovate and develop in the endowment ideas that serve the endowment and develop and maintain it, after the endowments suffered from neglect and lack of investment, which disrupted Its role for a long period of time. Therefore, this research aimed to explain the jurisprudential opinion of the subject, and the role of Dubai in the development of scientific endowments and benefit from them.
