محددات نمو المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة دراسة حالة المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في بلديتي ورقلة وحاسي مسعود

Résumé: هدفت هذه الورقة البحثية إلى دراسة وتحليل محددات النمو في المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في كل من بلديتي ورقلة وحاسي مسعود، واختبار العلاقة بين كل من هذه المحددات ونمو المؤسسة الصغيرة والمتوسطة، تمت الدراسة على عينة تتكون من 38 مؤسسة صغيرة ومتوسطة من مختلف قطاعات النشاطات عن طريق توزيع استمارة استبيان موجهة لمسيري ومالكي المؤسسات والتي تم تحليل بياناتها عن طريق برنامج SPSS. تمثلت أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة في أن نمو المؤسسة الصغيرة والمتوسطة تؤثر فيه كل من خصائص المقاول والنشاط التجاري وكذا خصائص المؤسسة والمحيط بنسب متفاوتة حيث أن خصائص المقاول تؤثر في ذلك أكثر من غيرها. وجدنا أن قطاع النشاط وجنس المسير أيضا لهما تأثير على نمو المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة بينما العوامل الشخصية والعامة الأخرى لا تؤثر في النمو. This paper aims to studying and analyzing growth determinants of SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) in Ouargla, it also investigates the relationship between these determinants and growth of SME. The concerned population of this study was 38 SMEs in different fields of business in Ouargla, by using questionnaires for their responsibles and owners and analyse the collected data with SPSS software . This paprer concluded that there are three factors determine the growth of SMEs, characteristics of the entrepreneur, characteristics of commercial activity, and characteristics of the enterprise and environment. These factors have different effect, but the entrepreneur’s characteristics has the most effect. Also we found that the activity field and gender of the entrepreneur have an effect on the SMEs growth, while other personal and general factors do not have that effect.
