إدارة النفايات الطبية كخطوة لتبني المسؤولية الاجتماعية في المؤسسات الصحية: دراسة ميدانية

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم إدارة النفايات الطبية في المؤسسات الصحية بالتطبيق على العيادة المتعددة الخدمات لساق عبد الحميد –سكيكدة والمؤسسة الاستشفائية عبد الرزاق بوحارة –سكيكدة. حيث تعتبر إدارة النفايات الطبية منطلقا لتحقيق المسؤولية الاجتماعية في المؤسسات الصحية اتجاه البيئة. ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم جمع بيانات الدراسة عن طريق المقابلة مع المسؤولين على إدارة النفايات الطبية على مستوى المؤسستين محل الدراسة. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن ممارسات إدارة النفايات في المؤسسة الاستشفائية عبد الرزاق بوحارة -سكيكدة تتوافق بشكل كبير مع دليل التوجيهات الوطنية المتعلقة بحماية البيئة في المؤسسات الصحية العامة والخاصة. إلا أن العيادة المتعددة الخدمات لساق عبد الحميد –سكيكدة سجلت قصورا كبيرا عند المعالجة خاصة أنها تعتمد على طريقة واحدة وهي الحرق مهما كان نوع النفايات الطبية. This study aimed to evaluate the management of medical waste in health institutions by applying it to the multi-service clinic of LaSaq Abdel Hamid - Skikda and the hospital institution Abdelrazak Bouhara - Skikda. Medical waste management is considered a starting point for achieving social responsibility in health institutions towards the environment. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the study data were collected through interviews with those responsible for medical waste management at the level of the two institutions under study. The study concluded that waste management in the hospital institution Abdelrazak Bouhara – Skikda largely with national directives on environmental hygiene in public and private healthcare facilities. However, the multi-service clinic of LaSaq Abdel Hamid - Skikda recored a major shortcoming in waste treatment, especially since it relies on a single method incineration regardless of the type of medical waste.
