دور المسؤولية الاجتماعية في تحسين إدارة النفايات الطبية دراسة حالة عينة من مؤسسات الصحة في الجزائر The Role Of Social Responsibility In Improving Medical Waste Management: A Case Study Of Health Institutions In Algeria

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور المسؤولية الاجتماعية للمؤسسات الصحية من خلال مجالاتها المختلفة تجاه العاملين، المرضى، المجتمع والبيئة، وارتباط ذلك بتحسين إدارة ومعالجة النفايات الطبية للحد من مخاطرها وانعكاساتها السلبية على الإنسان والبيئة، بيّنت الدراسة الأبعاد النظرية لمتغيراتها واعتمدت في تطبيقها على تحليل بيانات استبيانية لعينة من الأفراد المعنيين بإدارة ومعالجة النفايات الطبية العاملين في المؤسسات الصحية في الجزائر، تم استخدام أدوات الإحصاء الوصفي والاستدلالي لقياس درجة الارتباط بين متغيرات الدراسة واختبار الفرضيات عند مستوى الدلالة 0.05، توصلت الدراسة إلى أن إدارة ومعالجة النفايات الطبية في المؤسسات محل الدراسة لا زالت تعاني من نقص في الوسائل والتقنيات والسلوكيات بحسب المعايير الدولية، وأنه يوجد ارتباط موجب بين التزام المؤسسات الصحية بالمسؤولية الاجتماعية في مختلف مجالاتها وبين النفايات الطبية مما يساهم في تحسين إدارتها ومعالجتها. This study aims to highlight the role of social responsibility of health institutions towards workers, patients, society and environment and its contribution in improving the management and treatment of medical waste to reduce risks and negative repercussions on human and environment. This study showed the theoretical dimensions of the variables and adopted the analysis of questionnaire data for a sample of employees involved in the management and treatment of medical waste working in health institutions in Algeria, Descriptive statistics and inference tools were used to measure the degree of correlation between study variables and test hypotheses at a 0.05 significance level. This study concluded that the management and treatment of medical waste in the institutions sample still suffers from a lack of means, techniques and behaviors according to international standards. There is a positive correlation between the commitment of health institutions to social responsibility in their various fields and medical waste, which facilitates the improvement of their management and treatment.
