علاقة تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال بأداء شركات التأمين الجزائرية – حالة وكالات تأمين ولاية البليدة-
Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد نوع العلاقة بين مستوى تطبيق تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال و مستوى أداء شركات التأمين الناشطة في السوق الجزائري، حيث قمنا بدراسة ميدانية على عينة من وكالات التأمين في ولاية البليدة من خلال تصميم استبيان وُزع على واحد وتسعين (91) وكالة تأمين كعينة عشوائية من مجتمع الدراسة، والذي حصرناه في كل وكالات التأمين الناشطة في اقليم ولاية البليدة باعتباره إقليم كبير يظم معظم الوكالات التابعة لمختلف شركات التأمين الجزائرية. و قد أظهرت الدراسة وجود علاقة طردية بين مستوى تطبيق تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال و مستوى أداء وكالات التأمين في ولاية البليدة. Abstract: This study aims to determine the relationship between the level of TIC and the level of performance of insurance companies, Where we conducted a field study on a sample of insurance agencies in the state of Blida by designing a questionnaire distributed to (91) insurance agencies which we limited in all Blida wilaya insurance agencies. And we found a direct relationship between the level of application of TIC and the level of performance of insurance agencies.
