مركز الضحية في جرائم الاتجار بالأشخاص: طريقة التعرف عليها وواجب حمايتها

Résumé: ملخـص: إن التصدي لجريمة الاتجار بالأشخاص قد يؤدي إلى التركيز أكثر على معاقبة مرتكبي هذه الجريمة بالمقارنة مع حماية ضحاياها، إذ قد يؤدي ذلك إلى القبض على هذه الفئة ومعاملتها معاملة المجرمين، وهذا ما يؤدي بدوره إلى زعزعة الثقة بين المحققين وفئة الضحايا من أجل التعاون الفعال لمحاكمة مرتكبيها. سنحاول من خلال هذا البحث تسليط الضوء على الحاجة الملحة للتعرف على ضحايا الاتجار بالأشخاص استناد إلى المؤشرات التي وضعها المختصون، وذلك من أجل تحقيق هدفين اثنين: أولهما الوصول لهذه الفئة لتقديم المساعدة والحماية اللازمتين، وهو هدف لا يجب أن يضحى به من أجل تحقيق الهدف الثاني المتمثل في الحصول على شهادة الضحايا التي تستغل للإطاحة بالأشخاص الضالعين في هذا النوع من الجرائم. Abstract: The fight against the crime of human trafficking risks placing greater emphasis on the punishment of the perpetrators of this crime in relation to the protection of their victims, which can compromise the trust between investigators and victims for effective cooperation in the pursuit of the authors. In this research, we will attempt to highlight the urgent need to identify victims of trafficking on the basis of indicators developed by specialists to achieve two objectives: the first is to reach this category to provide assistance and the necessary protection, an objective that must not be sacrificed for the second, which is to obtain the testimony of the victims, used to arrest the persons implicated in this type of crime.
