أثر التمكين اإلداري على اإلبداع التنظيمي في المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة دراسة حالة مؤسسة Civenco بتقرت

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر التمكين الإداري على الإبداع التنظيمي في المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة،حيث أجريت الدراسة بمؤسسةcivenco بتقرت وإعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، كما تم إستخدام الإستبيان كأداة رئيسة للدراسة حيث وزع 50 إستبيان وتم إسترجاع كل الإستبيانات، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من 249 مفردة، وتم تحليل البيانات الواردة للإستبيانات عن طريق إستخدام التحليل الإحصائي بالإعتماد على المتوسطات الحسابية والإنحرافات المعيارية وتحليل الإنحدار المتعدد. وبعد تحليل النتائج توصلت الدراسة إلى التأكد من صحة الفرضيات حيث وجد أن هناك إرتباط بين مختلف أبعاد التمكين الإداري (تفويض السلطة، فرق العمل، التدريب، الإتصال الفاعل، التحفيز) والإبداع التنظيمي. كما أوصت الدراسة بإهتمام المؤسسة محل الدراسة بمفهوم التمكين الإداري بمختلف أبعاده. This study aimed to know the Effect of the administrative empowerment organizational innovation in small and medium enterprises, where the study institution civenco conducted 'fans in Touggourt was used questionnaire and interview to collect eloquent information on the study,where the study sample 249 single, has been analyzing data from the questionnaires through use of statistical analysis , depending the averages and standard deviations, and multiple regression analysis,and After analyzing the results the study found to confirm hypotheses where he found that there is a correlation between the various administrative empowerment dimensions (the delegation of authority, work teams, training, effective communication, motivation) and organizational creativity. The study also recommended that the adoption of small and medium-sized enterprises administrative departments of the concept of empowerment in all its dimensions.
