أثر التمكين على الأداء الوظيفي في المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة دراسة حالة مؤسسةcivenco

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر التمكين على الأداء الوظيفي بمؤسسة civenco ،حيث تم استخدام الاستبيان وإجراء مقابلة لجمع معلومات شفافية عن هذه الدراسة ،حيث بلغت عينة الدراسة (249)مفردة ،وتم تحليل البيانات الواردة للاستبيانات عن طريق الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (spss)بالاعتماد على المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية ،ومعاملات الارتباط ،تحليل الانحدار المتعدد ،وخلصت الدراسة لعدد من النتائج أهمها :أن مستوى التمكين في مؤسسة civenco مرتفع نسبيا ،وأن هناك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التمكين بأبعاده الخمس (فرق العمل ،توافر المعلومات وامتلاكها ،القوة ،تفويض السلطة التحفيز )،ومستوى الأداء الوظيفي . وعليه تم استخلاص أن التمكين داخل مؤسسة civenco يؤثر على الأداء الوظيفي من خلال أبعاد التمكين . This study aimed to determine the impact of empowerment on job performance Foundation civenco, where the questionnaire was used and an interview to collect eloquent information on this study , reaching the study sample ( 249 ) single , was the incoming data analysis of the questionnaires by the Statistical Package for Social Sciences ( Spss ) based on averages , standard deviations , and coefficients correlation , multiple regression analysis, the study found a number of findings , including: that empowerment level in civenco Foundation is relatively high, and that there are significant differences between the empowerment five dimensions relationship ( work teams , the availability of information and ownership , strength, motivation delegation of authority ) , and the level of functionality . Thus it was concluded that the fact that empowerment within civenco Foundation significantly associated with the level of functionality through the influence of every dimension of empowerment.
