تقييم الاداء المالي باستخدام المردودية في المؤسسة الاقتصادية درسة حالة ديوان الترقية والتسيير العقاري Opgi بولاية ورقلة الفترة من 2014-2016
Résumé: تهدف هده الدراسة إلى التعرف على ادوات تقييم الاداء المالي باستخدام المردودية في المؤسسة الاقتصادية ، وذلك باعتمادنا على مجموعة من المعايير و المؤشرات المالية التي تتناسب مع الدراسة حيث تم اختبار مدى كفاءة أداء المؤسسة من خلال قياس المر دودية بواسطة مؤشرات الاداء المالي، فقد تم جمع البيانات من خلال استخدام أداة المقابلة ، وإتباعا للمنهج الوصفي والتحليلي تم تحليل الوثائق والقوائم المالية بغرض القيام بالجانب التطبيقي للدراسة، خلصت الدراسة إلى أن تقييم الاداء المالي يهتم بتحديد الوضعية المالية للمؤسسة محل الدراسة ،حيث انه بعد إجراء تقييم الاداء المالي باستخدام المردودية ، وجدنا أن المؤسسة حققت مردودية موجبة إلا انها غير كافية لتغطية تكاليفها ، يمكننا القول ان المردودية مؤشر من مؤشرات التقييم وأداة لقياس الفعالية الاقتصادية للنشاط في المؤسسة فهي وسيلة لاتخاذ بعض القرارات في المؤسسة،و هذا يدل على مدى استجابة المؤشرات المستخدمة في عملية تقييم أداء المؤسسة.This study aims to know the evoluoted tools of the financial performonce with the use of the performonce bonis and this by dominating a set of financial criteria and indicotors which suit with the stud from meosring the performance bonus with financial bonus indicotors so،the infrmation which ore collected are mot from the use the meeting tootl and following the descriptive and annalysing guides،after onnulysing the douments and the financial lists in order todo the practical side of study. The summary of the study led that the evaluation of the financail perfrmonce cares about det erminotion of financacil position ality of the insititutution for study،because ofter doing the evaluted finoncial perfrmance with using the perfrmance bonus،we find that the institation resulted positif performance bonus but it is sufficent to cove rall the coasts We consay that the prefrmance bonus isons indicator of the indicators for evalution and a tool to meosure the economic efficiency for the activity of the institution and it is a sowrce in order to toke some decisions in institution and this indicator response the indicators use in evalution of the prefrmance ofthe institution.
