آليات إدارة الجودة الشاملة في الجامعة الجزائرية

Résumé: ملخص: يسهم التعليم العالي في تحريك عجلة تطور المجتمع و يدفع بها نحو التقدم و تحقيق الجودة الشاملة، لجمود استراتيجيات التعليم العالي العربي و ضعف الصلة بين البحث العلمي والممارسات التطبيقية. و تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تطوير البحث العلمي وتشجيع إجراء تجاربه داخل الجامعة وخارجها و محاولة الإسهام في تعديل الاتجاهات في المجتمع المحيط بالجامعة و خلصت الدراسة إلى إصلاح البنيات الأساسية و توسيع دائرة التعليم العالي بالجزائر والاصلاح على مستوى المورد البشري. Abstract: Higher education contributes to moving the wheel of society’s development and pushing it towards progress and achieving comprehensive quality, due to the rigidity of Arab higher education strategies and the weak link between scientific research and applied practices. This study aims to develop scientific research, encourage conducting its experiments inside and outside the university, and try to contribute to modifying trends in the community surrounding the university, and the study concluded on reforming the infrastructure, expanding the circle of higher education in Algeria, and reforming the human resource.
