آليات المناخ التنظيمي لتحقيق جودة الحياة الوظيفية في التنظيمات

Résumé: ملخص : تركز هذه الدراسة على مفهوم جودة الحياة الوظيفية من خلال مقاربته بالمناخ التنظيمي ،حيث تم التركيز على أبعاد ومؤشرات جودة حياة الوظيفية وعوامل نجاحها كنظام الاتصالات ثم دراسة مؤشرات قياس جودة الحياة الوظيفية ، إضافة إلي التركيز على عوائق جودة الحياة الوظيفية في المنظمات.وهو ما تعني المؤسسات والمنظمات الحديثة اليوم بتنمية مواردها البشرية التي تعمل فيها، باعتبار أن العنصر الإنساني يمثل أحد الركائز التي تقوم عليها المنظمات كركيزة من عناصر الإنتاج بصرف النظر عن طبيعة النشاط التي تقوم به هذه المنظمات، وما تواجهه في العصر الواحد والعشرين من تحديات جديدة تختلف عن تلك التي كانت تواجهها خلال العقود المنصرمة. الكلمات المفتاحية : جودة الحياة الوظيفية ؛ المناخ التنظيمي ؛ الموارد البشرية. Abstract : This study focuses on the concept of quality of job life through its approach to the organizational climate, where the focus was on the dimensions and indicators of the quality of career life and its success factors such as the communication system, then studying indicators for measuring the quality of job life, in addition to focusing on barriers to quality of career in organizations.
