Résumé: الملخص: سنبين في هذه الورقة البحثية دور جودة المنتج في صنع القرار الشرائي لدى المستهلك النهائي ، فمع تطور مفهوم التسويق وتبني المؤسسات لفلسفة التوجه نحو المستهلك أصبح لزاما عليها دراسة سلوكه والعوامل المؤثرة في قراراته الشرائية ، ومن هنا تظهر جودة المنتج كعامل مؤثر في القرارات الشرائية للمستهلك النهائي لسلع وخدمات المؤسسة باعتباره عامل حسم مهم في الصراعات التنافسية بين المؤسسات من جهة ، ومن جهة أخرى لما لها من دور مهم في تلبية حاجات ورغبات المستهلك. Abstract: We will show in this paper the role of product quality in the decision making with the final consumer, with the evolution of the marketing concept and build the institutions of the philosophy of the trend towards consumer became obligated to study the behavior and the factors influencing its purchasing power, hence showing the quality of the product as a factor in the purchasing decisions of consumers final goods and services organization as an important factor in resolving conflicts among competitive institutions on the one hand, on the other hand because of their important role in meeting the needs and desires of the consumer.
