مشاعر التماسك لدى الطفل المصاب بمرض مزمن في ضوء بعض المتغيرات

Résumé: الملخص: مشاعر التماسك البناء المركزي لنموذج المنشأ الصحي يعد كمورد نمائي للتعامل الناجح مع ضاغطات المرض المزمن من خلال الاستخدام الأمثل لموارد المقاومة المعممة. لذلك، هدفت الدراسة الحالية الى الكشف عن مستوى مشاعر التماسك لدى الأطفال المصابين بأمراض مزمنة، والتعرف على إمكانية وجود فروق في مشاعر التماسك لديهم تعزى لمتغيرات الجنس، السن، المستوى الدراسي، ومدة المرض. واجريت الدراسة على عينة من 68 طفلا من التلاميذ المصابين بأمراض مزمنة تم اختيارهم بالطريقة القصدية، وجمعت البيانات باستخدام مقياس مشاعر التماسك لانتونفسكي (1987) المكون من (13) بندا، باعتماد المنهج الوصفي المقارن، وبينت النتائج المتحصل عليها مستوى متوسط لمشاعر التماسك لدى افراد العينة، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغيرات الجنس، السن، المستوى، الدراسي، ومدة المرض. Abstract: Sense of coherence the centrale contrust of the salutogenesis model is a developemental resource for successful coping with chronic disease stressors through optimal use of generalized resistance resources. Therefore, the current study aimed to reveal the level of sense of coherence among children with chronic diseases, and to identify the differences in their sense of coherence due to the variables of gender, age, educational level, and duration of treatment. The study was conducted on a sample ofv 68 children with chronic diseases who were chosen by the convenience sampling method. The data were collected using the Antonovskys (1987) 13 items sense of coherence scale by adopting the comparative descriptive approach. The results showed an average level of ssnse of coherence among the sample, and there were no statistically significant differences du to the variables of gender, age, educational level, and duration of treatment
