المناخ المدرسي وعلاقته بالتنمر المدرسي لدى عينة من تلاميذ المرحلة المتوسطة

Résumé: ملخص الدراسة: تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين المناخ المدرسي والتنمر لدى عينة من تلاميذ المرحلة المتوسطة لولاية المدية، كما تسعى أيضا إلى معرفة الفروق لكل من المناخ المدرسي والتنمر تعزى لمتغير الجنس (ذكر-أنثى) والعمر [(13-15) - (16-18)] والمستوى الدراسي (السنة الثالثة / السنة الرابعة). حيث تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي وتم تطبيق هذه الدراسة على عينة قدرة ب (90) تلميذ وتلميذة من تلاميذ متوسطة الشهيد مصطفى كواديك ومتوسطة المجاهد عبد القادر يحياوي خلال الموسم الدراسي 2023/2024، تم اختيارهم بطريقة قصدية طبق عليهم مقياس المناخ المدرسي والتنمر المدرسي بعد التحقق من صدقهما وثباتهما. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: توجد علاقة ارتباطية عكسية مرتفعة دالة احصائيا بين المناخ المدرسي والتنمر المدرسي لدى عينة من تلاميذ المرحلة المتوسطة لولاية المدية. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في المناخ المدرسي لدى عينة من تلاميذ المرحلة المتوسطة لولاية المدية تعزى لمتغير الجنس، في حين توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في التنمر المدرسي لدى عينة من تلاميذ المرحلة المتوسطة لولاية المدية تعزى لمتغير الجنس ولصالح الذكور. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في المناخ المدرسي والتنمر المدرسي لدى عينة من تلاميذ المرحلة المتوسطة لولاية المدية تعزى لمتغير العمر. - توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في المناخ المدرسي لدى عينة من تلاميذ المرحلة المتوسطة لولاية المدية، في حين لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في التنمر المدرسي لدى عينة من تلاميذ المرحلة المتوسطة لولاية المدية تعزى لمتغير المستوى الدراسي. Study summary: The current study aims to reveal the relationship between school climate and bullying among a sample of middle school students in the state of Medea. It also seeks to know the differences in both school climate and bullying due to the variable of gender (male-female) and age [(13-15) - (16-) 18)] and academic level (third year / fourth year). The descriptive approach was relied upon, and this study was applied to a sample capacity of (90) male and female students from the Martyr Mustafa Kawadik Middle School and the Mujahid Abdul Qader Yahyaoui Middle School during the 2023/2024 school season. They were selected in a purposive manner and the school climate and school bullying scale was applied to them after verification. From their honesty and steadfastness. The study reached the following results: There is a high, statistically significant inverse correlation between school climate and school bullying among a sample of middle school students in the state of Medea. - There are no statistically significant differences in the school climate among a sample of middle school students in the state of Medea due to the gender variable, while there are statistically significant differences in school bullying among a sample of middle school students in the state of Medea due to the gender variable and in favor of males. - There are no statistically significant differences in school climate and school bullying among a sample of middle school students in Medea state. - There are statistically significant differences in the school climate among a sample of middle school students in the state of Medea, while there are no statistically significant differences in school bullying among a sample of middle school students in the state of Medea due to the variable of academic level.
