دور الاتصال البيداغوجي في التربية البدنية و الرياضية على اكتشاف و توجيه المواهب الرياضية (مقاربة نفسية –اجتماعية –تربوية)

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معالجة دور الاتصال البيداغوجي أثناء حصص التربية البدنية والرياضية على مستوى مرحلة التعليم المتوسط ، نسبة إلى معايير علمية ، حضارية ، معاصرة وانعكاساته على اكتشاف وتوجيه المواهب الرياضية ،و لهذا استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي على عينة عشوائية متكونة من 100 استاذ موزعين عبر 50 متوسطة من المقطعات الخمس لولاية شلف حيث استخدمنا لجمع المعلومات اداة الاستبيان ,بعد جمع النتائج و معالجتها احصائيا توصلنا الى اهم النتائج و هي ان المستوى التكويني للأستاذ له دور على العلاقة الاتصالية التربوية التعليمية من خلال سيرورة عمله و اهدافه البيداغوجية المسطرة في اطار المنافسات الرياضية المدرسية او التربوية، و ان المنافسات الرياضية لها دور في اكتشاف المواهب الرياضية و توجيهها توجيها سليما يتماشى مع قدراتهم البدنية و الحركية و البيولوجية. This study aims to address the impact of educational communication during physical education and sports classes at the level of intermediate education, relative to scientific, civilized, contemporary standards and its implications for discovering and directing sports talents, and for this we used the descriptive approach on a random sample of 100 teachers distributed across 50 An average of the five sections of the state of Chlef, where we used the questionnaire tool to collect information, after collecting the results and processing them statistically, we reached the most important results, which is that the formative level of the professor has an impact on the educational communicative relationship through his work process and his pedagogical goals set within the framework of school sports competitions or educational, and that school sports competitions have a role in discovering sports talents and directing them in a sound direction in line with their physical, kinetic and biological abilities.
