الهجرة السرية بالقوارب الصغيرة عبر البحر المتوسط شرق الجزائر - دراسة ميدانية على عينة من أشخاص حاولوا الهجرة-

Résumé: يهدف هذا البحث إلى رصد أهم الأسباب والدوافع والتصورات التي تقف وراء ظاهرة الهجرة السرية ( غير النظامية) عبر القوارب الصغيرة انطلاقا من شواطئ الشرق الجزائري، لاسيما من شواطئ ولاية عنابة التي تحولت إلى مركز عبور لآلاف الأشخاص نحو جزيرة سردينيا الإيطالية وبيئة حاضنة لشبكات تهريب المهاجرين السريين. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أهمية الأسباب الاجتماعية والمادية، كالفقر والبطالة بالدرجة الأولى في دفع أفراد العينة لمحاولات الهجرة، إضافة إلى عوامل أخرى، كالاغتراب وتأثير تكنولوجيات الاتصال على بعض الفئات ذات المستوى المادي المقبول. This research aims to monitor the most important causes, motives and perceptions behind the phenomenon of clandestine migration through small boats from the shores of eastern Algeria, especially from the beaches of Annaba, which has turned into a transit center for thousands of people towards the Italian island of Sardinia and an incubator environment for smuggling networks of clandestine migrants. The study concluded the importance of social and material reasons, such as poverty and unemployment in the first place, in pushing the sample members to migrate, in addition to other factors, such as alienation and the impact of communication technologies on some groups with an acceptable financial level.
