عملية إعادة تدوير النفايات: أهميتها ومتطلبات تفعيلها في الجزائر

Résumé: تعدّ الزيادة الهائلة في حجم النفايات بكل أنواعها، وعلى اختلاف مصادرها، من بين أهم التحديات التي برزت خلال السنوات الأخيرة والتي صاحبت النمو السكاني المتزايد والتطور التكنولوجي والصناعي، وقد أثرت هذه الزيادة في النفايات بشكل سلبي على النظام البيئي وعلى الجانب الاجتماعي والصحي والاقتصادي للمجتمعات، مما أدى إلى ضرورة التكفل بها بطرق سليمة ودون الإضرار بالبيئة، والاستفادة منها من خلال إعادة تدويرها واستخدامها كمصدر للطاقة أو كمواد أولية في مختلف الصناعات مما يؤدي إلى تخفيض تكاليف الإنتاج. وقد جاءت هذه الدراسة لإبراز الدور الهام الذي تلعبه عملية إعادة تدوير النفايات في التحكم في المشكلات التي تطرحها النفايات بما يتماشى مع مبادئ التنمية المستدامة، وكذا متطلبات تفعيل هذه العملية والنهوض بها في الجزائر.The enormous increase in the volume of waste of all types and its various sources is one of the most important challenges that have emerged in recent years, accompanied by growing population growth and technological and industrial development. This increase in waste has adversely affected the ecosystem and the social, health and economic aspects of communities. The need to ensure them in healthy ways and without harming the environment, and to benefit from them through recycling and use as an energy source or as raw materials in various industries and reduce production costs. This study aims to highlight the important role of waste recycling in controlling waste problems in line with the principles of sustainable development as well as the requirements for activating and promoting this process in Algeria.
