دور التشريع في دعم سياسة إعادة تدوير النفايات في الجزائر

Résumé: تشكل السيطرة على مخلفات النمو السكاني والتطور الصناعي والتكنولوجي تحديا هاما أمام الجزائر خاصة بعد إتباع نهج التنمية المستدامة، مما دفعها إلى تبني طرق صحية للتخلص من هذه المخلفات والنفايات من خلال إعادة تدويرها وقد جاءت هذه الدراسة لتحديد مفهوم إعادة التدوير وعلاقته بالتنمية المستدامة وكذا إبراز الإطار القانوني والتنظيمي الذي يؤطر هذا النشاط ومدى نجاعته في ذلك. Controlling the vestiges of demographic growth and industrial and technological development is an important issue for Algeria, especially after having adopted the sustainable development approach, which encouraged it to adopt healthy disposal methods for this waste and waste through recycling.This study defined the concept. recycling and its relationship with sustainable development, as well as to highlight the legal framework and the regulatory framework which governs this activity and the extent of its effectiveness in doing so.
