دور رأس المال الفكري في تنمية المعرفة التكنولوجية - دراسة تحليلية-

Résumé: يعد الاهتمام برأس المال الفكري من القضايا الهامة في وقتنا الراهن، كونه المحرك الأساس للتنمية والتحديث ومواكبة التغيير ومتطلبات العصر. ويكمن دور هذه الموجودات غير الملموسة في تنمية وتطوير المهارات والمعارف البشرية في جميع جوانبها العلمية والفنية والإدارية، مما يعمل على توفير فرص التعليم والتدريب، وتهيئة الكفاءات البشرية القادرة على التحكم في عملية نقل وتوطين التكنولوجيا الحديثة اللازمة في التنمية الشاملة. ويهدف هذا المقال إلى الكشف عن أهمية تنمية رأس المال الفكري ودوره في تنمية المعرفة التكنولوجية من خلال الوقوف على مؤشرات كل من المعرفة والتنمية التكنولوجية، وإبراز دور الجامعات في بناء رأس المال الفكري وتشجيع الابتكار لاستيعاب متطلبات المعرفة التكنولوجية. The interest in the intellectual capital is an important issue in our current time as the basis engine for development and modernization, keep up with change and the requirements of the times. The role of these intangible assets in the development of human skills and knowledge in all scientific, technical and administrative aspects which provide education and training opportunities and create Human competencies that’s capable of controlling the process of transferring modern technology needed in the overall development. This article aims to reveal the importance of the development of intellectual capital and its role in the development of technological knowledge by standing on both indicators of knowledge and technological development and highlighting the role of universities in building the intellectual capital and encourage innovation to accommodate the requirements of technological knowledge
