تنظيم ممارسة الاعلام الالكتروني في ظل احكام المرسوم التنفيذي 20-332

Résumé: الملخص: عرفت الجزائر خلال الفترة الأخيرة تغييرا مس قطاع الاعلام من خلال إعادة هيكلته ومواكبته للتطورات التكنولوجية، تبين لنا من خلال البحث ان المرسوم رقم 20-332 ورد متضمنا كيفية ممارسة نشاط الاعلام الالكتروني من خلال تحديد المفاهيم وشروط ممارسة الاعلام الالكتروني والالتزامات المترتبة على عاتق القائمين به والجزاءات المترتبة في حال مخالفة احكامه ليكون بذلك قد عالج مجمل المحاور الرئيسية الضرورية لتنظيم مهنة الاعلام الالكتروني. الكلمات المفتاحية: الاعلام الالكتروني- الجزائر- المرسوم التنفيذي رقم 20-332. Abstract: Algeria has witnessed during the recent period a change affecting the media sector through its restructuring and keeping pace with technological developments and the organization of electronic media. Through research, it became clear to us that decree no 332-20 was mentioned including how to practice electronic media activity by defining the concepts and conditions for practicing electronic media, the obligations of those responsible for it, and the penalties incurred in the event of violating its provisions, so that it dealt with all the main axes necessary to organize a profession of media electronic. key words: Electronic media- Algeria- Executive decree no 20-332
