Résumé: The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of implementing an HRIS on the effectiveness of human resource management within Expro-Gulf Ltd. In order to address the research questions and validate the formulated hypotheses, an analytical and descriptive research methodology was employed, including a case study of Expro-Gulf Ltd in Hassi-Messaoud. This involved utilizing various tools such as interviews with the HR personnel of the company and reviewing internal documents such as processes, procedures, and HR dashboards. The findings of the study demonstrated that the implementation of an integrated HRIS has enhanced the efficiency of HR functions in the company by reducing the time required to complete daily tasks, facilitating HR policy management, reducing operational costs, and aiding in decision-making.
