المؤسسات الناشئة في الجزائر نظرة تحليلية للأطر القانونية والآثار الاقتصادية

Résumé: تهدف هاته الدراسة إلى تحليل المراسيم التنفيذية الأخيرة المتعلقة بالمؤسسات الناشئة في الجزائر وكذا تحليل الآثار الاقتصادية المرتقبة جراء تفعيل هاته القوانين، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن تحديد قوانين منظمة ومتعلقة بالمؤسسات الناشئة يعد أمرا فعالا في عملية فتح الباب أمام أصحاب الأفكار الابتكارية قصد تنفيذ أفكارهم على أرض الواقع، بالإضافة إلى أن الدراسة خلصت إلى أن تنفيذ المراسيم والقوانين المتعلقة بالمؤسسات الناشئة له الأثر الاقتصادي الكبير من حيث تنويع الاقتصاد خارج قطاع المحروقات والمساهمة في امتصاص البطالة. This study aims at analyzing recent executive decrees related to Starups in Algeria, as well as analyzing the economic impacts expected from the implementation of these laws, and the study concluded that defining organized laws related to Startups is an effective matter in the process of opening the door to those with innovative ideas in order to implement their ideas on the ground. In fact, in addition to the study, the study concluded that the implementation of decrees and laws related to Startups has a significant economic impact in terms of diversifying the economy outside the hydrocarbon sector and contributing to the absorption of unemployment.
