Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة بيان دور المؤسسات الناشئة التقنية في تحقيق التحول الرقمي المنشود في الجزائر، وكذا تشخيص واقع المؤسسات الناشئة وحاضنات الأعمال التقنية ومتطلبات وآفاق نجاحها. اعتمدنا في دراستنا على المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي، وتوصلنا إلى توافر مقومات نجاح المؤسسات الناشئة التقنية في تجسيد التحول الرقمي ببلادنا لكن لاتزال هناك حاجة للقيام بإصلاحات هيكلية وتشريعية دعما لمساعي الدولة تجسيد التحول الرقمي المنشود. ABSTRACT : This study aims to attempt to clarify the role technology startups in achieving the desired digital transformation in Algeria, as well as to diagnose the reality of technology startups and business incubators and the requirements and prospects for their success. In our study, we relied on the descriptive and analytical approach, and we found the availability of the components for the success of technology startups in embodying digital transformation in our country, but there is still a need to carry out structural and legislative reforms in support of the state's efforts to embody the desired digital transformation.
