دور محاسبة التكاليف في تحديد تكلفة الخدمات الصحية وصعوبات إستخدامها بالمستشفيات دراسة ميدانية على المستشفيات الحكومية بمدينة الابيض في السودان

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى الإستقصاء عن الصعوبات التي تواجه المستشفيات عينة الدراسة في استخدام محاسبة التكاليف في تحديد تكلفة الخدمات الصحية ،كما هدفت إلى معرفة دور محاسبة التكاليف في تحديد تكلفة الخدمات الصحية بالمستشفيات الحكومية بالسودان.ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج التاريخي، الإستنباطي،الإستقرائي والمنهج التحليلي الوصفي،كما أعتمدت الدراسة على الإستبانة في جمع بيانات الدراسة الميدانية.توصلت الدراسة لعدد من النتائج منها توجد بالمستشفيات الحكومية الكوادر المدربة لاستخدام محاسبة التكاليف كما تدعم الإدارة العليا ذلك واستخدام محاسبة التكاليف بالمستشفيات الحكومية يساعد في تحديد عناصر تكلفة الخدمات الصحية. The study aimed to investigate the difficulties facing the hospitals of the study sample in usage of cost accounting in determining the cost of health services and also it aimed to know the role of cost accounting in determining the cost of health services in government hospitals in Sudan. In order to realize the study purposes the historical, deductive, inductive and descriptive analytical approaches had been used. The study also relied on the questionnaire to collect field study data. The study reached a number of results, including that there are governmental hospitals trained personnel to use cost accounting, and senior management supports this, and the use of cost accounting in government hospitals helps in determining the elements of the cost of health services.
