دور الذكاء الإنفعالي في تحقيق المناعة النفسية العصبية لدى أعوان الحماية المدنية
Résumé: ملخص الدراسة: تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على دور الذكاء الانفعالي و علاقته في تحيق المناعة النفسية العصبية لدى أعوان الحماية المدنية بالإضافة إلى التعرف على مستوى الذكاء الانفعالي و مستوى المناعة النفسية لدى عينة الدراسة، و تناولت ثلاثة فصول في الجانب النظري: - الفصل الأول: الإطار المنهجي للدراسة - الفصل الثاني: الذكاء الانفعالي - الفصل الثالث: المناعة النفسية العصبية و الجانب التطبيقي تناولنا فيه الفصل الرابع و يشمل إجراءات المنهجية للبحث و فيه استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي الذي طبقت دراسته على عينة مكونة من 40 عون حماية مدنية و لقياس متغيرات الدراسة اعتمدنا على أدوات البحث هي مقياس الذكاء الانفعالي و مقياس المناعة النفسية و الأساليب الإحصائية المفروض إتباعها هي برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS . اما الفصل الخامس : عرض و مناقشة النتائج حيث تحققت الفرضيات التي مفادها : *يساهم الذكاء الانفعالي في تحقيق المناعة النفسية العصبية لدى أعوان الحماية المدنية. *لدى أعوان الحماية المدنية ذكاء انفعالي مرتفع. *لدى أعوان الحماية المدنية مناعة نفسية مرتفعة. و انتهى البحث يتوصيات و اقتراحات The current study aims to identify the role of emotional intelligence and its relationship in achieving psychological resilience among civil protection officers, in addition to assessing the level of emotional intelligence and psychological resilience among the study sample. The study consisted of three theoretical chapters: Chapter 1: The methodological framework of the study Chapter 2: Emotional intelligence. Chapter 3: Neurological psychological resilience. In the applied aspect, we addressed in Chapter 4 the research methodology procedures, where we used the descriptive method and applied it to a sample consisting of 40 civil protection officers. To measure the study variables, we relied on research tools such as the emotional intelligence scale and the psychological resilience scale. The statistical methods to be followed were the SPSS statistical package for social sciences. Chapter 5 presents and discusses the results, where the hypotheses were confirmed, indicating that: Emotional intelligence contributes to achieving psychological resilience among civil protection officers. Civil protection officers have a high level of emotional intelligence. Civil protection officers have a high level of psychological resilience. The research concludes with recommendations and suggestions.
