المراة في الدساتير الجزائرية

Résumé: ملخص : تدور الفكرة العامة لهذا المقال حول موضوع الحقوق السياسية للمرأة في الدساتير الجزائرية . حيث عرفة الساحة السياسية الجزائرية في الفترة الاخيرة تغيرات جذرية اثرة بشكل او بأخر على مكانة المرأة في المجتمع و دورها في عملية بناء الدولة .فبتعرضنا للتطور التاريخي التدريجي لمسالة حقوق المرأة الاجتماعية و السياسية في الخطاب السياسي الرسمي ، الذي حصرناه في البداية بالمواثيق الوطنية باعتبارها الوثيقة الاساسية التي رسمت السياسة الوطنية للجزائر قبيل الاستقلال ، وصولا الى الدساتير التي ساهمة بشكل او بآخر في ارساء دعائم الديمقراطية في الجزائر . Kiy words : The general idea of this article revolves around the subject of the political rights of women in Algerian constitutions. Where the Algerian political scene has recently undergone drastic changes, which in one way or another affect the position of women in society and their role in the process of nation-building. As we approached the gradual evolution of the social and political rights of women in official political discourse, which we first enumerated in the charteAs the basic document that shaped the national policy of Algeria prior to independence, to the constitutions that contributed in one way or another to establish the foundations of democracy in Algeriars.
