Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة اتجاهات الوكالات السياحية العاملة بولاية سكيكدة، حول أثر تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة على تطوير تنافسية الخدمة السياحية، ولجمع البيانات المتعلقة بالدراسة تم تصميم استبانة وتوزيعها على (40) عامل بالوكالات محل الدراسة، وتم الاعتماد في ذلك على برنامج (SPSS) من أجل القيام بالتحليل الإحصائي متبعين المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية بين إدارة الجودة الشاملة وتنافسية الخدمة السياحية. The objectif of the study was to know the trends of the tourism agencies operating in the state of skikda on the impact of the application of TQM in a questionnaire was prepared for this purpose of collecting data and distributing it (40) to the sample members of the study sample.
