أثر إدارة الجودة الشاملة على الأداء التنافسي-دراسة ميدانية بالبنوك العاملة بولاية سكيكدة-

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر تطبيق أبعاد إدارة الجودة الشاملة على الأداء التنافسي، حيث تم توزيع الاستبيان على عينة بلغ حجمها 49 موظف، ومن خلال نتائج تحليل الاستبيان باستخدام برنامج spss تم التوصل إلى أن درجة تطبيق أبعاد الجودة الشاملة والأداء التنافسي مرتفعة جدا، كما يوجد أثر لأبعاد إدارة الجودة الشاملة على الأداء التنافسي، بالإضافة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة دالة إحصائية حول أثر هذه الأبعاد على الأداء التنافسي تعزى إلى المتغيرات الشخصية لأفراد العينة. The study aimed to identify the impact of the application of the dimensions of total quality management on competitive performance in banks operating in the State of skikda, The questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 49 employees and after analysis using the results of the spss program have shown that the level of Implementing of total quality management Strategic was high as well as the level of competitive performance, there is a statistically significant impact of the dimensions of total quality management on competitive performance, In addition to the absence of statistically significant differences on the effect of these dimensions on competitive performance due to the personal variables of the sample members.
