التمكين النفسي والإبداع الإداري: دراسة الخصائص السيكومترية لأدوات القياس

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى دراسة الصدق والثبات لاستبياني التمكين النفسي والإبداع الإداري لدى عمال مصنع الإسمنت ببني صاف. حيث تم جمع المعطيات من 30 فرد. وتم التأكد من خصائصهما السيكومترية من خلال صدق المحكمين، وصدق الاتساق الداخلي وأيضا تم التأكد من ثباتهما باستخدام طريقتين مختلفتين (ألفا كرومباخ، والتجزئة النصفية). حيث توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن كلا الاستبيانين صادقان في قياس المتغيرات المخصصة لهما، ويتمتعان بدرجة جيدة من الثبات، واستقرار كبير في نتائجهما. Abstract : The current study aims to study the validity and reliability of the psychological empowerment and administrative creativity questionnaires among the Beni Saf cement factory workers. Data were collected from 30 individuals. Their psychometric properties were confirmed through the validity of the arbitrators, the validity of the internal consistency, and . their reliability was also confirmed using two different methods (Chrombach's alpha and split-half). The results of the study concluded that both questionnaires are accurate in measuring the variables assigned to them, and they enjoy a good degree of reliability and great stability in their results
