Résumé: نتناول في هذه المداخلة، مسألة إصلاح مكتب حفظ الصحة البلدي ودوره في حماية المستهلك، حيث تم إصلاح هذا الهيكل بموجب المرسوم التنفيذي رقم: 20 - 368 ، شمل هذا الاصلاح كيفية الانشاء والتسيير والهيكل التنظيمي له، وكذا المهام المنوطة به، والتي تشكل حماية المستهلك إحدى أهم صلاحياته التي يمارسها. Abstract: In this intervention, we address the issue of reforming the Municipal Health Preservation Office and its role in consumer protection, as this structure was reformed by Executive Decree No.: 20-368.
