Résumé: عمد المشرع الجزائري على تطبيق نصوصا قانونية خاصة على السلوكيات المنحرفة في مجال المعلوماتية بإفراده نصوصا تجريمية و ذلك عندما تطرق إلى تجريم المساس بأنظمة الحاسب الآلي ، مما دفعه إلى تعديل قانون العقوبات بالإضافة إلى تقنينه قانون خاص يتضمن قواعد الوقاية من الجرائم المتصلة بتكنولوجيات الإعلام و الاتصال و مكافحتها، الذي جمع بين القواعد الاجرائية المكملة لقانون الاجراءات الجزائية و بين القواعد الوقائية The Algerian legislator has applied special legal provisions on deviant behavior in the field of computer science, in addition to abstract texts, when he mentioned the criminalization of computer systems violated, which led him to amend the Penal Code , in addition to codifying a special law containing rules for the prevention of information and communication technology offenses.
