تأثير الآليات الداخلية لحوكمة الشركات على أداء الشركات المدرجة في سوق عمان للأوراق المالية دراسة قياسية لعينة من الشركات خلال الفترة 2010ـ2019

Résumé: This study sought to demonstrate the impact of the internal mechanisms of corporate governance on the performance of companies listed on the Amman stock Exchange for the period from 2010 to 2019, as well as the role played by governance in managing and monitoring these companies by exploring the extent of the latter’s commitment to the principles of governance. (10) companies from the headache sector, where we tried in the stanardard study to answer the problem posed by the independent study variables represented in the concentration of ownership, administrative ownership, dividends and the dependent variable represented in the return on shareholders’ equity, using models with less and estimating the standard model and using the Eviews9 program. We have reached several results, the most important of which is the existence of a relationship between corporate governance and financial performance in companies listed on the Amman stock Exchange during the period 2010-2019
