Résumé: الملخـــــــص: تقع مؤسسات العمل ضمن النسيج المجتمعي ما يجعلها دائما تتلون بالأفكار والمعتقدات و القيم السائدة في هذا المجتمع و من ثم تتحدد منطقاتها وأساليبها في العمل، ذلك أن الفرد العامل قبل أن يكون عاملاً بالمؤسسة هو فرد في المجتمع، أي أنه كائن ثقافي قد تربى على قيم المجتمع و ثقافته و عند إنتقاله للعمل بالمؤسسة لا يطرح تلك الثقافة و القيم جانبا بل يحملها معه و تظهر في سلوكاته و تصرفاته و في مدى إلتزامه بتعليمات العمل و أخلاقياته. من هذا المنطلق عملنا على تطبيق دراسة على مجتمع يتكون من 372 موظف بمؤسسة توزيع الكهرباء و الغاز بأدرار، بإعتماد المنهج الوصفي و تطبيق إستمارة لجمع البيانات تتكون من 66 سؤال تم توزيعها على أفراد المجتمع تم إسترجاع 359 إستمارة منها 354 إستمارة قابلة للتحليل تم من خلالها التوصل إلى نتائج الدراسة. الكلمات المفتاحية: ثقافة المجتمع، أخلاقيات العمل، ثقافة العامل، المجتمع، المؤسسة، العمل. Summary: The working institutions are part of the social fabric, so that they always reflect on the ideas, beliefs and values prevailing in this society, and then their areas and methods are defined in the work. The working individual before being a worker in the institution is an individual in the society. And his culture and when moving to work in the institution does not put that culture and values aside, but carries with him and appear in his behavior and behavior and in the extent of his commitment to work instructions and ethics. Based on this, we applied a study on a community of 372 employees at the Electricity and Gas Distribution Corporation in Adrar, using the descriptive approach and applying a data collection form consisting of 66 questions distributed to the members of the community. 359 forms were retrieved, of which 354 were analyzed, Results of the study.
