آثار أساليب إدارة الانطباع على إدارة الصراع التنظيمي دراسة ميدانية في الشركة الوطنية للكهرباء والغاز سونلغاز بتقرت

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز آثار أساليب إدارة الانطباع على إدارة الصراع التنظيمي في الشركة الوطنية للكهرباء والغاز بتقرت، حيث تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تصميم الاستبيان الذي شمل 30 فقرة لجمع المعلومات الأولية، حيث تم معالجة 75 استمارة استبيان بواسطة البرنامج الإحصائي 26SPSS V. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أنه يوجد أثر سلبي لأسلوب التعزيز الذاتي على إدارة الصراع التنظيمي، ولا يوجد أثر لأسلوبي الترهيب والتوسل على إدارة الصراع التنظيمي بالشركة. This study aims to highlight the effects of impression management styles on organizational conflict management in the National Electricity and Gas Company in Touggourt, where the descriptive analytical method was relied on, and to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was designed that included 30 items to collect primary information, where 75 questionnaires were processed by the SPSS V26, and the study reached a set of results, the most important : there is a negative effect of the self-reinforcement style on the organizational conflict management , and there is no effect of intimidation and begging styles on the management of organizational conflict in the company.
