دراسة تحليلية لمردودية الفنادق السياحية دراسة حالة فندق توات - أدرار

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أهمية ترقية الخدمة الفندقية في الرفع من المردودية المالية، حيث تم إسقاط هذه الدراسة على أحد أهم الفنادق المتواجدة على مستوى ولاية أدرار وهو فندق توات، وذلك خلال فترة الدراسة من 2013 إلى 2015 والتي عرف بعدها الفندق تهيئة أشغال شاملة، حيث قمنا بتحليل الوضعية المالية لفندق توات باستخدام المؤشرات و النسب المالية لمعرفة مدى كفاءة فندق توات في تحقيق الأهداف المالية المرجوة, حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها الاستغلال الأمثل للموارد المالية المتاحة للفندق وعدم الاحتفاظ بالأموال في شكل قيم جاهزة وذلك بالتوسع في مجال النشاط إذا كانت الظروق الاقتصادية ملائمة، والاستعانة بالأموال الخارجية في ذلك. This study aims to know the importance of upgrading the hotel service in raising financial profitability. This study was dropped on one of the most important hotels located in the state of Adrar, which is the Twat Hotel l, the study period from 2013 to 2015, after which the hotel was defined as a comprehensive work that is still at its end.
