اللغة العربية والتنمية السياحية: أي دور في إحياء التراث والحفاظ على الهوية؟

Résumé: تعد اللغة أحد العناصر الثقافية المميزة للخصائص المجتمعية، فلا يمكن تصور مجتمع ما بدون لغة تميزه عن باقي المجتمعات الإنسانية، ولا يقتصر دورها على أنها أداة تواصل فحسب بل كونها جزءا وعنصرا هاما من عناصر الثقافة وإن فهمها -اللغة- يتوقف عليه فهم الأنماط الثقافية السائدة. فبات من الضروري في الوقت الراهن تكييف وتوظيف اللغة العربية لأغراض حياتية خاصة منها في القطاع السياحي، فالسياحة ظاهرة ثقافية بامتياز وأكبر الصناعات في العالم. فهي قطاع بالغ الأهمية لتأثيرها الاجتماعي، الاقتصادي والثقافي، حيث أن إدراج اللغة العربية متخصصة في هذا المجال يسمح بتوسيع شبكة التواصل مع الآخر، فقد تنظم الاستعمالات اللغوية في قواميس ومعاجم لغوية عربية سياحية وذلك بهدف إثراء الرصيد المعرفي للسواح غير الناطقين بها مما يترتب عليه زيادة في الجلب السياحي وقد يعطي فرصة لبعث وإحياء التراث العربي من خلال التعريف بالموروث الثقافي الشعبي مادي كان أو معنوي وبتالي تعزيزه والمحافظة عليه من الاندثار. Language is one of the distinctive cultural elements of social characteristics. A society cannot be imagined without a language that distinguishes it from other human societies. Its role is not limited to being a communication tool, but rather an important part and element of culture. Understanding it, i.e. language, depends on understanding the prevailing cultural patterns. It has become necessary in the present time to adapt and employ the Arabic language for practical purposes, especially in the tourism sector. Tourism is a cultural phenomenon par excellence and the largest industry in the world. It is a sector of great importance for its social, economic, and cultural impact. The inclusion of the Arabic language specialized in this field allows for expanding the network of communication with others. The linguistic uses may be organized in Arabic tourist dictionaries and glossaries to enrich the knowledge of non-Arabic speaking tourists. This can result in an increase in tourism and may provide an opportunity to revive and preserve Arabic heritage by introducing popular cultural heritage, whether material or immaterial, and thus promoting it and preserving it from disappearance.
