دور الأنشطة اللوجستية للموانئ البحرية في التجارة الخارجية دراسة تحليلية لميناء بجاية خلال الفترة (2019-2021)

Résumé: ملخص تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى معرفة دور الأنشطة والخدمات اللوجستية في تحسين آداء الموانئ البحرية ومدى تأثيرها على التجارة الخارجية من خلال التطرق إلى ميناء بجاية وإظهار إمكانياته في هذا المجال. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الأنشطة التجارية التي تتم عبر ميناء بجاية متنوعة من تصدير واستيراد البضائع على اختلاف أنواعها، حركة الحاويات، وحركة سفن نقل البضائع، إضافة إلى عملية نقل المسافرين كما أنه يعتبر محورا رئيسيا للتجارة في حوض البحر الأبيض المتوسط. إلا أن المبادلات التجارية التي تمت عبر ميناء بجاية خلال فترة الدراسة، اتصفت بعدم التوازن بين الواردات والصادرات نظرا للأزمة الصحية العالمية المرتبطة بفيروس كورونا (كوفيد-19). Abstract: The contribution of this research paper is to know the role of the activities and logistical services in sea ports, and the extent of their impact . on foreign trade by addressing the port of Bejaia, and demonstrating its capabilities in this field The study found that the commercial activities that take place through the port of Bejaia are varied from exporting and importing goods of various kinds, container traffic, the movement of cargo, in addition to the transportation of passengers. It is also considered as a major axis of trade in the Mediterranean basin. During the study period, the foreign trade In the port of Bejaia was characterized by an imbalance between imports and exports due . to the global health crisis associated with the Coronavirus (Covid19)
